2026 Men's Night Rules and Information
Men's League will be every Tuesday night and may be played between the hours of 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Register in the Pro Shop up to 10 days in advance for members. You can sign up as a group, or individually and we will attempt to find a group for you to play with. Everyone is welcome, members and non-members. Participants without established HDCP’s will receive 80% of their guessed HDCP to be fair to all players.
Weekly Contests
Each week we will have a different competition. Some weeks the competition will be based on individual scores, other weeks the competition will be a team game. Prizes will be awarded weekly in Pro Shop credit which expires Oct 31 and is non-transferable.

- 9 Holes: $27 tax in
- 18 Holes: $46 tax in
League Membership (Green Fees)
- $444 tax incl.
- The league membership includes your green fees for the season during Men's League blocked times (3:00-7PM Tuesdays only).
Weekly Deuce Pot
Optional Entry Fee $5 cash (money will be split between the number of deuces made)
Year End Shootout!
Everyone winning a KP throughout the year will be entered into a draw for the SHOOTOUT at the Men's Closing Tournament. Also everyone that plays 15 weeks or more will have their name entered automatically to the draw names. (9 names will be drawn plus the winner of a KP at the men’s Closing will shoot out for closest to the pin to win a GRAND PRIZE. Shootout distances will be modified based on hdcp. (0-10 - 130 yds, 11-19 - 115yds, 20+ - 100yds this year) ( **Your name can only be drawn once)
- Weekly 50/50: optional entry 1 for $5, 3 for $10
Individual Season Long Points Contest
Individuals will compete over the course of the season with points assigned each week and tracked in a season-long competition with the winners being awarded prizes at the end of the season. In order to participate in the season-long points competition you must pay the yearly Men’s Night fee.
Players will be divided into one of 3 flights Based on your Handicap at the time of the first week played.
- 1st Flight (Handicap 0-10)
- 2nd Flight (Handicap 11-19)
- 3rd Flight (Handicap 20+)
- The best 17 of 20 weeks will be used for scoring. Weekly points will be accumulated by finish position: 1st:5pts, 2nd:4pts, 3rd:3pts, 4th:2pts, 5th:1pt, Participation :1pt. (Playoff points are doubled)
** Everyone will be playing the Blue/White Combo tees for the competition 9, or for the entire round when the competition is for 18 holes. Tees are indicated on the Club Scorecard.
Men’s League Handicap System
Continuing for 2026 will be the Men’s League Handicap System for all men’s night competitions.
Adjustments to Handicap’s will be done after each night of play.
- Net 30 and Under Handicap goes down by 3 Strokes.
- Net 31 or 32 Handicap goes down by 2 Strokes.
- Net 33 or 34 Handicap goes down by 1 Stroke.
- Net 35, 36 or 37 Handicap Stays the Same. Net
- 38, 39 or 40 Handicap goes up by 1 Stroke.
- Net 41 or Higher Handicap goes up by 2 Strokes.
Equitable Stroke is used to determine adjusted gross score per Hole: Players are only allowed Net Double Bogey Per Hole.
Nanton Men’s Club Team Competition Information
The Nanton Golf Club Men's league is continuing the team competition for the 2026 season to add to the already successful format and various opportunities to win weekly and year long competition Prizes.
The team aspect of Men's league is very prominent in a lot of Men's league's and everyone who pays the yearly league fee of $240.00 will automatically be included in the Team Competition.
Details
This will be in addition to all the other Men's Night competitions.
Everyone will have a chance to sign up and pay the yearly fee until Apr 30th. We will then be holding a Draft in which we will have captains that will then select their teams. Captains will be Sponsors or individuals selected by the team sponsors. Projected Draft Date: Fri May 1st 6PM
For example: If we get 60 entries there will be 6 teams of 10. Each week we will take the best Gross and best 4 Net scores from each team to come up with a total. The lowest team will acquire 10 points, 2nd, 8 points, 3rd 6pts, etc. A running total of points for each team will be collected and sent out weekly with the Men's Night results. The regular season will run May 5 - Aug 25th. The playoffs will start in Sept with a big advantage to the top teams throughout the year as it will be a page playoff format. The winning team will take home roughly 2/3 of the pot in gift cards and the 2nd place team approximately 1/3.
** You do not have to play with your team weekly so can remain in your own groups. The thing is, you could have members of all 4 teams competing in a single 4some. Because of this and so that it is fair to everyone ALL PUTTS MUST BE HOLED OUT FOR THE COMPETITION 9 OF MEN'S NIGHT EACH WEEK! (No Gimme's) Please ensure fellow competitors are abiding by this rule as it will affect individual and team outcomes. RANDOM SPOTTERS WILL BE IN PLACE THIS YEAR TO ENSURE ALL GROUPS ARE ADHERING TO THE NO GIMME POLICY)
The hope with this format is to create some friendly competition, as well as some cheering for fellow team members. Everyone is encouraged to play as many weeks as possible to give your team the best chance of placing in the top 2 for playoffs. (Team payouts will be in the form of Gift Cards that will be valid until June 30 the following year.)
Registration for the team portion will be open now until Apr 30th. Please call or stop in the Pro Shop to register and pay the yearly league fee. Payment must be made at time of registration. **Late entries will only be accepted if we have enough for a member of each team, so sign up by the deadline to ensure your spot.
NEW THIS YEAR: A hole in one insurance pot will be collected at the draft this year! $20/person cash only! The first hole in one takes the pot. If there are no hole in one’s throughout the year we will draw for prizes from the pot at the Men’s Closing Tournament.

The Senior Men's League
Every Wednesday morning with a 9am shotgun start for 18 holes of golf. Registration is in the Clubhouse between 8am and 8:45am where you will be assigned a starting hole. The league is open to members and non-members over the age of 50.
Weekly competition fee: $5
Opening Day: The league will start early May
The Ladies Night League
Wednesday evening with tee times, starting at 4:30pm and running until 6:30pm. Each week we play 9 holes of golf in a fun, relaxing, non-competitive atmosphere. Members and public players are welcome regardless of playing ability or golfing experience.
Tee times can be booked up to a week in advance by contacting the Proshop.
Kick-off Party: Wednesday April 29th. Tickets are $60 and includes dinner
Opening Day: The league will start Wednesday May 6th.

Couples League
Thursday night with tee times starting at 4pm and running until 6pm. Please contact the Pro Shop to reserve your tee time. Each week play 9 holes of golf and finish in the clubhouse for weekly food specials and socializing.
Weekly Game: $10 / couple
- Different golf games each week
- Couples can play with various couples each week or make your own foursome
- Sign-up in the Pro Shop up to 1 week in advance, by the Wednesday prior
Opening Day: The league will start Thursday May 7th.
We hope everyone will have a chance to participate in our leagues throughout the season.
All of our leagues offer the ability to attend without having to register in advance. So even if you don't think you can play all the time, we encourage everyone to give it a try.
